I joined this company on 21st September, 2015. Before this, I had 19 years of experience in Hospitality Management & the BPO industry. Worked with most of the 1st tier International BPOs with an overall span of 7 years in training in various fields of Voice and Accent, Culture, and Customer Service.
I was introduced to Taj Group of Companies by a friend who had joined the Sales Team. I applied as a trainer but was assigned tasks with Sales . Within two days of being in this Company, I realized that what I wanted to be most was a counsellor.
So I was given the flexibility of joining the Operations team.. I soon became AVP Operations and Training, which included travelling PAN India to places like Delhi, Aurangabad, Nasik, Pune, Ahmedabad, Goa, Dehradun, Meerut, Agra, Allahabad, Varanasi, Bhopal, Raipur, Indore, Nagpur, etc. and conducted extensive training of employees and clients alike in some of the above mentioned places.
Soon after I took over the newly formed Tele calling team, which started off with a mere 8 people in the 1st month & has now become a team of 18 members in the second month. Mr. Bhupendra Acharya had set us an initial target of 200 leads per day but I'm proud to say we've crossed that target and now average 400 leads per day.
I am ready to enter this new phase of a roller coaster journey with the Company. This is a completely new opportunity and responsibility which is unlike anything I've done before in this Company.
I am grateful to Mr. Bhupendra Acharya's vision, who saw my potential to become a part of this Company in as many ways as I can. I would like to thank all the people who have been my driving force-Ms.Bhawana Sharma, (who is my motivation and Positivity Enhancer), Mr.Naresh Rangwani, Mr.Ravi Modi, Ms.Nishi Malhotra & Mr.Akshay Gawande (esp and all of the Sales, Operations, Back Office, IT & Support Staff and I promise to take this new responsibility as a challenge and will put all my determination and focus to it (Like any Eagle Leader would).

To reach the mark of 200 Franchisees within 180 days is the dream, but 'Make it Happen' is all about your Will and your Passion to achieve it. To be at the 200 mark in India is a proud moment for all of us.
I came to Mumbai on 12th August 2015, and joined an emerging company, having a good vision and mission on 10th September 2015 i.e.: “Taj Eduglobe Ltd.” the biggest worry at that time was ‘survival in a new location' and with a new concept incorporated in the market. But Mr. Bhupendra Acharya and Ms. Bhawana Sharma had faith in my capabilities. They believed in my ability and gave me the opportunity to prove myself by offering me a platform on the grand stage of Taj Eduglobe Ltd. I started working as per the guidelines of the company.
To set our benchmarks we first had to break all types of negativities around and started working day and night to achieve our short term goals. This is where I would like to mention that I had booked the 1st Franchisee of Taj Eduglobe Ltd. while the others in the team felt it was easy to book a Master Franchisee rather than a Franchisee. I broke that myth. Once again Acharya Sir reminded me that 'Nothing is Impossible' & from that point in time, I never looked back. I have learned many things within 8 months of my journey with this Company. I came across many people with different backgrounds and entire credit goes to Acharya Sir, because he trusted me with being the face of Sales at different locations in India. I have visited around 25 different cities in India for Business Generation to promote Discover Brain. The credit for my success in all these locations goes to both Mr. Bhupendra Acharya and Ms. Bhawana Sharma. My sincere thanks to both.
I will be partial if I will not thank my seniors i.e. Mr. Naresh Rangawani & Mr. Ravi Modi. Both have always been helpful and guided me at all times. There have been some wonderful and high moments, however, there have been downfalls as well, there have been times when we have been challenged by lot of circumstances to cope up with the targets and outrun the obstacles under pressure.
Overall it has been an enthralling and edifying journey so far. I Joined Taj in December 2015, but I was motivated when I met Mr. Bhupendra Acharya in Trade Fare i.e. Oct 2015 and saw his passion and confidence.
It makes me feel spirited and proud about the valuable services that we offer to nurture the children of our nation. I thank all my team members, clients & management and wish to grow together...

I have close to 15 years of experience altogether.
Due to some financial problem I had to shut my business and I was looking for some opportunities. In the end of August, 2015 I received an email from Taj Group of Companies and I got to meet the Chairman, Mr.Bhupendra Acharya. In the 5 minutes of conversation with him I realized I was in the place I was looking for. You definitely love to work with such type of a person who is such a visionary and so passionate towards his work and has tons & tons positive energy Mr.Bhupendra Acharya sir is among them.
My Journey with Taj eduglobe Ltd started from 3rd sept 2015. I joined as BDM and as promised to me of the fastest career growth by Acharya sir rewards followed. IN eighth month I got 3 promotions and by the grace of god today I am VP-sales & marketing and managing a team of 20 people .In life everyone required a coach as in their journey I got lucky to have our Sr.VP sales & marketing Mr.Naresh Rangwani as a coach. Whose guideline, support & direction has played vital role in the journey of Taj Eduglobe Ltd.
With strong bonding in our sales team we are about to complete 150 franchisee mission. Now our common goal is to complete mission 3000 SF in Mumbai .So let's “Join Hand and Grow together”
